ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A Pinellas Park woman faces charges after being accused of setting a body on fire in a St. Petersburg alley, authorities said.
Cree Daniela Worley, 30, has been charged with abuse of a dead body, according to her redacted arrest affidavit from St. Petersburg police.
The burned body of 31-year-old Heather Elizabeth Olmstead was found in the alley behind 2920 Emerson Ave. S. in the early morning hours of Aug. 18, police said. St. Petersburg Fire Rescue responded to the call and when the fire was out, they found her body.

Worley used a flammable substance to light Olmstead’s body on fire, police said.
The suspect was found and arrested Tuesday by the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office’s Violent Offender Warrants Unit.
