“St. Pete’s vegan community has come so far over the years,” said the owners. “We are all friends and acquaintances. Instead of competing, we all try to push each other to do a little bit better.”
In a few short months, Good Intentions will join the ranks of St. Pete’s budding community of vegan businesses.
“I think St. Pete is going to love this,” they said. “When you’re vegan, you don’t want to eat at just one place all the time. You want to eat at a variety of places.”
Good Intentions is expected to open in spring 2022 at 1900 1st Avenue South. Hours of operation are yet to be determined but will focus on dinner service throughout the week and brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
