ST. PETERSBURG, FL — Firefighters battled a large restaurant fire in St. Petersburg on Friday morning.
According to police, the fire started at Tsunami Japanese Steakhouse, which is at 2176 Tyrone Blvd. North.
Tyrone Blvd. North to 22nd Avenue North were initially blocked to traffic but has since reopened following the fire investigation.

No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known.

Officials told WFTS-TV that they expect the restaurant to be a total loss.
