Cheer on the Treasure Island police department, fire department and public works department as they participate in a wing-eating contest on Monday, Sept. 5, as Caddy’s Treasure Island, 9000 W Gulf Blvd., hosts a Labor Day Party.
There will be face painting from noon to 2 p.m., an antique police car and fire truck photo op, a pluck-the-duck raffle and guesstimate the stones, a 50/50 raffle and the wing-eating contest will begin at 1 p.m. with 50 percent of the proceeds going to the police, fire and public works departments. The winner will receive a trophy and a Caddy’s donation to the charity of its choice.
